Rain....storm!

I tried to get more pics of the rain blowing sideways, or perhaps the lightning, but my digital camera is the older version. My son - weighing about 185 pounds - stepped one foot out the door to step onto the porch when the storm first arrived (before the rain), and he was just about sucked out of my house and blown down the porch. I decided he wasn't going to go training. :)

Storm reminded me of earlier this summer when lightning touched down in our backyard, just inches from my bedroom window - freaky!!!

This is facing north west on my porch.... the rain sheets flying sideways was coming from west/southwest direction.

BRR! It most definitely felt like fall weather out there!!

This is the face that shows up every time there's a thunder/lightning storm around here...
Can you believe this guy's almost as tall as me (give about 2 more inches)???
